In addition to the experimental and theoretical work related to the risk assessment of specific plant protection products we work in research and development projects financed by the public sector (e.g. national and international agencies, European Commission) and in several boards and advisory groups to improve methods and approaches for pesticide risk assessment. Through these activities we are also involved in the development of standardized test guidelines and research projects to improve exposure, effect and risk assessment.
