Biomedical Analytics

We use modern analytical technology to determine endogenous and exogenous small molecules in complex biological matrices. Our goal is to quantitate several compounds, such as drugs or signal molecules, to study them in different situations, such as in pharmacokinetic studies or to discern their role in the development, course or treatment of diseases.
For this purpose, we design, develop and validate analytical methods using sample extraction (liquid-liquid, solid phase, protein precipitation) and liquid chromatography (ultra high and high pressure, nano flow) coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (triple quadrupole, ion trap, QTOF). We also comply GLP/GCP recommendations.
